This image was taken the morning after Wekfest Fort Worth at around 7 a.m. JohnP had actually planned to shoot this car for a while now since the last Subaru Big Event in Houston. The shoot had to wait since Paulie lives in OK and well... no one from Mayday really had time to go up there. So the best and only time we would see this car was at WFTX.

The image itself is composed of 2 exposures, 1 foreground and 1 for the background. The original image had the background blown out so I masked in a 2nd exposure into the original. Then just played around with curves and some dodge and burn.

Akira Nakai and Mayday Danny, Houston, TX, 2011

It's the third day Nakai-san has worked on Dannys' Porsche 993 so I stopped later that night to check it out. I snapped this photo of Nakai-san and Danny just staring at the RWB masterpiece. For some reason, this car just attracts your full attention.
