Am I monotonous? I don't care!

Converted to BW with BW Styler using these settings:
IIlford FP4+ Red Filter Short Development Soft Paper grade added a little vignetting
My intention was to make the picture soft and the skin uniform, the question is: is the result a good picture? I'm using a crap display so I'm not sure about the result!

Avrei voluto creare un ritratto soffice, rendendo il colore della pelle uniforme, ci sono riuscito? Il display del portatile è orrendo (non considerando le innumerevoli ditate:) quindi non so se le tonalità sono corrette
