The remoteness of this place speaks for itself! I've an exhibition at Back Lane Arts Space in Holmfirth at the end of this month and I'm putting together a series of black and white bothy pics as part of it. Most agreeable work !

My take on our local landmark.You can see the tower from just about everywhere around here.I took a series of pics which will be used in some in store publicity for a large store in town.

I'm a great believer in taking it easy.When you're a kid things ought to just happen.

Back from a week dossing on bare bothy floor boards.Being here is a stepping stone of calmness.A place where you can just be the old man to your kids.Provide a fire,laughs,dinner,tall stories and a few surprises.From that doorway we looked at sea and snowy hill tops.Watched the cloud base come and go.Looked up at courting Eagles and a night sky of mind numbing proportions.One afternoon the sun got out and we padddled in the Loch.
