Behind the Scenes -- PDX Strobist
And here's a quick behind the scenes look at January 27th's PDX Strobist meeting...
In this shot, the very stylish and sophisticated Audrey can be seen posing for the camera, while being illuminated by a DIY Christmas Tree Light Ringlight. At the same time, a carbon-based lighting stand handholds the homemade contraption, while another carbon-based form takes the actual pictures of Audrey.
A fair amount of info regarding the ringlight (i.e.: materials, construction, and cost) can be found over on my blog (along with info about other DIY projects), and I plan to have more photos from this month's PDX Strobist event up on the site with a few days.
