street photography shot on 400 iso ilford film with a 50mm prime lens and a tripod. the project explores the 'big brother effect'; in a time were CCTV records our every move, how do people react to being photographed by a stranger?
the people in these photos just walked into the frame. they didn't pose, they didn't give consent and I didn't talk to them before or after taking their picture. and still, although they are engrossed in their own little world, they seem to notice that they are being watched.
