Happy New Year

Ring out the old, ring in the new,
Ring, happy bells, across the snow:
The year is going, a merely we will go;
Ring out the false, ring in the true.
No need for tears, there's nothing to fear, for a New Year is here!

Year's end is neither an end nor a beginning but a going on, with all the wisdom that experience can instil in us.

We will open the book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves. The book is called Opportunity and its first chapter is New Year's Day.

For last year's words belong to last year's language
And next year's words await another voice.
And to make an end is to make a beginning.

Cheers to a New Year and another chance for us to get it right.

Life is so simple, not sure why people choose to make it complicated. Just breathe and let things go...its all about finding out center in it all. Breathe in and exhale...its that's simple and let it go, just like a balloon, everyday we should let go of things (fear, frustration, anger, jealousy, sadness, resentment etc I can go on, its like peeling an onion layer by layer...ahhhhhh it feels so great to release it all) all to free our souls into the now, to stop our minds from overdrive in order to forget about the rest... to quiet our minds from all its noise to find balance in the now.

Embraced by nature

No individual exists in their own nature, independent of all factors of life. Each has the totality of the Universe at its base. All individuals have, therefore, the whole Universe as their common ground, and this universality becomes conscious in the experience of enlightenment, in which the individual awakens into their own true all-embracing nature.

Kayaking is how I connect with nature which thus allows my spirit to reconnect with the rest of the world, with a sense of peace, serenity and purpose. Nature is my source which guides my soul.

I have been kayaking on Lake of two mountains for over 20 years and each time its a new experience, a new discovery, an new insight... mainly about life's revelations from a new perspective.

Reflections of Spring...

The ice and snow have finally melted, and rejoicing in the reflections of spring...
