I am proud to report that my friends and I got LOST going around the perimeter of the Crater some time in the 1990s.

Wait a minute --- how do you get lost going around a circle?!?

Exactly. That is the essence of the pure genius of Lisa, Jon, and Becky.

The crater seems more impressive from a distance then when youre actually there at the rim.
I remember driving over the hill and getting a first glimps of the mound and noticing the small white spec of a building near the rim, was bigger then I had thought.
Great shot

Thanks, fangars! The crater is indeed a much more remarkable sight when seen from some distance away.
