I kind-of think some people are taking this out of context. From what I understood, this was just an example of a potential response assessment flow chart - not a generic response assessment flow that people can just pick-up and use.
It's obviously based on the old Air Force Response Assessment flow chart cira 2008; but has been customized. I assume it was customized for a specific client, in a specific industry to get alignment.
I think the point was that guidelines, governance documents, and work flows are important to establish - rather than a legitimate suggestion to pick up and use this chart as it sits.
Correct me if I'm wrong about what this is.
