Dinner: Irish Lamb Stew

Dinner: I went online and found a recipe for Irish Lamb Stew, took it, added a few things and made a great stew. I took a Lamb Top Round Roast and cubed it, cooked it over low heat with a few of my favorite spices for 2.5 hours. The meat is very tender. I added potatoes, carrots, turnips, sweet onion, garlic and one green pepper and cooked it for another hour over low heat.
