Braised tofu

At the recommendation of a friend, I used up leftover uncooked tofu from last night in a very awesome way. I kinda half-assed the prep, and didn't condiment, and it was still really heckin' tasty. I'm glad I took a pic when I did, cuz I had no problem polishing it all off.
