$20,000 house

The $20,000 house was a project I did while at the Rural Studio in Alabama, trying to design and build a prototype house that could be constructed by a local contractor for $20,000 including labor and profit so that local people who are eligible for a minimum USDA Rural Development 502 loan could actually get a house.
