This is Elyse. She's from Australia. I met her on the plane coming home from San Francisco where she is staying with some family. She decided, on a whim, to check out SD for the weekend. I wish I had enough guts to explore a city, in which I knew absolutely no one, by myself. Is that redundant? Anywho, we met up again a couple of days later and went out to lunch. She's a fine arts student and is focusing her studies on Photography and Memory Loss. We share a love of antique stores, vintage photos, and food.

Next time you're on a plane, try and make conversation with the person next to you. Who knows, you may find a friend in the process.
