No matter how many times I come, it's still lovely...
Old John Star Trails
155 exposures, each of 30 seconds at iso320, F4.5, through a Sigma 10-20 (just about wide open) on a Canon 50D and a very heavy tripod.
Imported through Aperture and then stacked in Starstax software. A black frame (same settings but with the lens cover on is 'subtracted' from the stack to reduce the noise.
The light on Old John is me running around with a bike light during one of the first exposures. Probably about 30 seconds of light, but obviously not pointed towards the camera.
