      Wonderful, Jolene! They even have convenient phone and change/token pockets!

      I did something very similar years ago when my girls were teens - just totes, though - not nearly as elaborate as your (would never have attempted the wonderful zipper!) The belt is the perfect touch!

      We also also used jeans for throw pillows in their rooms - the pockets were great little spots for them to stick notes and numbers (and things we weren't supposed to see...) ;-)

      I made purses out of old blue jeans when I was in high school (1971-1975). My mother thought they were just too strange, but I got compliments on them all the time! Your versions pictured here are just amazingly cool!
