Hungry Cop

    El Khartoum Restaurant and Eastern Carry-out, 1782 & 1784 Florida Ave NW, Washington, DC.

    I find it maddening how often a police car is illegally parked here, not for an emergency or even a work-related matter, but to stop for food. To have a police force that treats itself immune to the laws and regulations it's supposed to enforce is a step into disorder and injustice.
