Say hello to the White lions.

Say hello to the White lions.

This is the only male of the new pride, he is 11 months old.
All in the pride have not been named yet, I am sure that will change as soon as the second female goes on exhibit.
And here is a brief explanation about these amazing "big cats".

Unique to the Timbavati region of South Africa, these rare and beautiful cats have not been seen in the wild in over 15 years. They carry the recessive gene known as a colour inhibitor of the Kruger subspecies of lion (Panthera leo krugeri). With lion populations dwindling, they are now classified as a vulnerable species.

Happy accident.

Happy accident.

What a cute surprise when I opened the photo on my computer and found this delicate trespasser in my shot.
I recommend pressing "L" for best viewing in black.

Super?

Super?

Not sure who came up with that hype of calling it Super Moon but to the naked eye, there was not much change to any other regular full moon.
On the comments is how the sky looked the actual night of the so called Super Moon.
This is an example of a valuable lesson, don't leave for tomorrow, what you can shoot today.
