My Maine Coon Male Izzy , He was born with a liver shunt .It took 6 vets and the talented staff at Guelph University of do his lifesaving surgery, He requires special food and meds given by oral surygine 3 times a day ! His sister Ella is a silver patch And very healthy . The chances of getting a shunt kitty is one in ten thousand. He stole our hearts and our credit card !
