This looks delicious. I love tabouleh. It looks like a great substitue if I can't find that down here in Mexico. Quite yummy looking. I love anything with tomato & basil!

Mmmmm... that looks good.

Quinoa is one of the greatest cereals you can find. A legacy from the Incas. It's been a long time since the last time I tasted it. Got to find some Quinoa soon.

What exactly does the quinoa taste like? The way it looks just throws me off so I haven't tried it yet lol.

hmm it bumby's mom it sorta tastes like any other grain. If you think of it like rice or cous cous, it does have the same sort of consistency. You cook it the same!

I'd recommend trying it in a meatloaf or something first to get used to it. That way you'll have an understanding of what it tastes like, it may even give you some ideas! Obviously the meatloaf would be vegetarian! :D

Rica y nutritiva!
Delicious and nutritious!

Thank you for adding your photo to PERUVIAN IMAGES!

"Quinoa", also know as "Mother Grain", while no other food can, by itself, furnish all the essential nutrients for living, quinoa comes as close to being complete as many other foods from the vegetable and animal kingdoms.
