Inside hinge
Inside lock hinge is missing a screw which is easily replaced. However, you may want to install an updated safety hinge since this is an old version

Outside of chest. It had a decorative trim up top which was removed. It also had a padded mat which was to be used like a seat cushion, that went missing long ago. Holes from trim can be filled if you wanted to refinish the chest or to paint it
