Rosemary

Rosemary

And this ends the photos but not the adventure. Dinner our last night was at Neot Kedumim, a biblical nature preserve close to Modi'in. It was absolutely stunning and I wish we'd had more than an hour there. So much in bloom and at sunset, it couldn't have been more beautiful. We ended our brief tour with a gorgeous dinner of chicken cooked in apricot and raisins, dolmas, rice, lamb, lentils, and mushrooms. Neot Kedumim is one of the places I most want to visit again when I return. www.neot-kedumim.org.il/
