This is something I won't have until the middle of September after
surgeries to remove cataracts from my eyes.
I am looking forward to being able to see clearly and brightly,
especially through my view finder!

Beautiful shot of Poppy. Superbly captured and nice crop of her beautiful face and eyes. She's such a good girl to pose for you. Excellent light, focus and neutral background. I hope she and Pixy are doing well.
Cataracts? Yea, my dad had both his done last year. I guess it's something we all have to look forward to.

Tomi: I can still see to do everyday things (but I wouldn't be able to drive, if I did). Even so, reading isn't as easy or comfortable as it could be and everything is blurry and dull, except for bright light which can be intolerable. It's also difficult editing my photos on the computer because seeing fine detail is elusive. I am counting down the days till my first surgery!
