    What ever...I moved with my family to Germany 16 years ago. Ich haven´t visited my hometown for many years...It´s a shame!

    yup, I was born in Almaty, but soon after moved north to Karaganda. Although I'm in US now, I still consider Almaty my very first beloved hometown.
    I've been there last year and it shanged greatly during the past 6-7 years.
