Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I)
Mr. Pretzel was taking a peek at the pictures in the 365 pool. He noticed the Warrior Monk and said, "We have warriors in yoga, too."
He went on to quote Yoga Journal:
Warrior I commemorates "the 'spiritual warrior,' who bravely does
battle with the universal enemy, self-ignorance (avidya), the ultimate
source of all our suffering."
I then asked Mr. Pretzel if he could say the sanskrit name for "warrior" 3x fast! He just smiled. :)
