Thanks for the comments. Actually, it was taken at Gravelly Point Park. It's a small park where you can see planes come and go up close. This particular plane is taking off.....at 6 a.m.

Ahh, 6am. That makes sense. The park closes at dark, and I've been chased away in that area before. Not being a morning person, I'd never have considered that it was at that ungodly hour!
