Media distribution is about marketing your magazine, to make it more popular and raise its awareness across countries/ the world, so magazines can be successful. Media Distributors do this by releasing it in shops that are related to your genre, or international music stores like ' HMV ' which tend to be a popular one. They're also distributed through the internet, which is much more accessible to a wider consumer audience. Other ways to distribute is by applications. A main magazine may have their own application or an advert on some kind of application, that informs you about the magazine brand - Eg: Kerrang.
