      When it comes to eczema you need to research on the triggers of eczema beacuse there is not cure. Once you know what triggers your eczema you will be able to work out how to control your eczema.
      I have found the website eczema.net to be the best website when it comes to getting info on triggers.
      Then get something to help you when it flares up, dont use steriods, use something like Repcillin from AfricanCures.com that will stop the itching and heal the skin.
