Male Hentzia palmarum Jumping Spider
I've been trying for weeks now to get a good photo of this species. This will have to do for now, the focus is a little off the eyes, but I'm happy with it.
This species has extremely long, metallic chelicerae and huge fangs with white hair along the edges of the chelicerae.The white hair underneath the eyes and the orange through the eyes is excellent. A really nice looking species.
A test of a new, larger flash diffuser I put together. Works alright, but it may be a little to cumbersome for regular use.
