No that is not rocket dock, that is the windows 8 themed skin for rainmeter that can be found here

no special icons were used rocket dock is hidden hence u cant see it...
the weather config is ENIGMA from rainmeter itself . Can be found on the rainmeter webstie.

yes i did, its a simple feature that comes with rocket dock, it removes the start bar and then u can hide the dock it self when its in-active.

hi i am very impressed by this desktop customization i have been successful upto some extent in duplicating on my desktop the only thing i cant figure out is the music player at the bottom of the screen and the scrolling lyrics on the side could you please tell how did you achieve it thanks

Rocket Dock gives u that option.. dont even have to hide the start button..
