Fabric Junkie's Garland

    Newer Older

Inspired by fall felt garlands at Wise Craft and Pink Trees. This garland was easy to make. I sandwiched fusible interfacing (fairly stiff so the points on the trees don't droop) between holilday fabric and wool felt.

I used a rotarly cutter to free-hand the trees and cut circles out of the left-over scraps. I can't bear to throw out even the tiny scraps, so I passed them along to my sister who is going to make a miniature version of this garland for her tree.

I just adore your garland. I think I'm going to have to make one too. So much splash for such a simple project. Love it!
