    We later discovered that this person is a transsexual who runs an illegal operation injecting industrial-grade silicone into other men wishing to be women. She obviously partakes of the stuff herself.

      Well, addicted to injecting more and more to get that just-right look (whatever that is). It's like anorexia: no matter how skinny, the person still sees themselves as fat.

      I guess it is just so disproportionate, it boggles the mind, doesn't fit into any frame of reference for me. I really feel for the woman.

      Have you seen the Cat Woman of New York? I think it's a similar deal. Someone addicted to modifying their body to the point of disfigurement. Very sad, really.
