Here is a Beard Hat that I crocheted from cheap acrylic yarn after
first seeing the idea for a
Beard Hat here. This is the second prototype that I've made so far, it still doesn't
fit quite right, but it fits much better than the first one.

Unfortunately, I don't really have a patten or instructions. I just sorta crocheted it on the fly. The good news is that I'm by no means an advanced crocheter, crochet just lends itself really well to improvisation. Here's pretty much what I did:
1)Crochet a rectangle that covers the top of my head
2)Crochet beard onto rectangle, trying on to check fit and shape every couple of lines
3)Crochet a panel in the back to hold it together
4)Moustache is separate, and sewn on with a yarn needle
