   Great. Because kids need to be humiliated in public at a very young age. Parents like this make me really upset.

   That's bullshit. Putting a damn leash on your kid is DEGRADING! It's also a lazy way to be a parent.

   and i could MAYBE understand the leash in disney world or something .. but look where they are! people are weird.
