Funky perspective

    Size disproportionate, the Capitol dome and Washington Monument seem to sprout out of East Capitol Street in this view from the top of the upper deck at RFK Stadium. For comparison, the Capitol dome is 288 feet tall, while the Washington Monument (the world's tallest free-standing obelisk) is about 555 feet.

      I love the disproportion. It makes the Washington Monument look like a Lego recreation.

      Did you see the DCist comment about how you must be having an affair with someone at DCist since so many of your photos are being used lately? haha

      I love this picture because I love that street (E. Capitol) and I love RFK.
