#7 - A picture of your most treasured item

The story goes that I stole this blanket from my dad and kept it with me wherever I went as a kid. I couldn't pronounce 'blanket' at 3 years old, so 'Bobby' was the closest I got and the name just stuck. Now at 27, I'm still sleeping with it every night. Rubbing the soft texture against my lips and face brings me comfort and a calm sets over me. If the house were on fire, that would definitely be one of the things I'd grab to save!

#36 - A picture of you on your birthday/favorite holiday

Today I am 27! For athletes, many know this as the peak year. Whether or not that's just told to us to make us feel better, I'm totally going to believe it & rock out this year! What better way to start the day than with a kettle bell class, followed by a run complete with tiara! I'm such a ham & love that at 27, I feel just as young as I did as a kid, enough so to run around the block with the tiara on as if nothing were different than any other run I'd gone on sans tiara! I may add a few different photos later while out celebrating my day (no reason I can't have more than one photo per day, right? especially if it's my birthday--I call the shots today! :P )

I ran a 20k! That was not easy but I'm SO proud that I did it & lived to tell about it! haha! I didn't feel like my toes were banging when I ran, but I guess this little guy must've. The nail was much longer but I chopped it prior to the picture. Two winters ago I lost 6 toe nails (including this one) to toe bang from skiing. Hopefully I won't lose this one...it's not nearly as purple as they were when I lost em.

Got this lovely on the 20k as well, but realized it the next morning when I had a bra on. I was wondering why the top of my ribs were burning in the shower last night...now I see this scabby was why. Going to need to use glide to prevent that!

Let's hope this gut goes down and I can capture it in future 365s!
