I used an approach called cross processing with a red filter that helped bring back the incredible color that was in the sky that magical night at sea......

That is a beautiful sunset. Actually, it's more than that. Those dark clouds add an element of danger which changes this picture from another "pretty face" to something to think about again and again and again.
