What should I do with his chest? Fill it in, leave it white? I want to fill in the wing edges too. Any ideas?

Maybe leave the chest til last and see how it looks umfilled next to the wing edges. Are they french knots? They look great.

Lovestitches: thats a good idea. I am trying to keep it balanced with the rest of the embroidery. I am afraid that if I fill it in then it will look to heavy compared to the rest of the picture. I think I am going to work on the rest of it and come back to his chest later. :) Thank you!
