Sourdough success

First loaf with the new starter--so very good!
The sour flavor isn't fully developed yet, but it was excellent in every other way.

22/366: Sunday Night Supper

I think the best Sundays might be ones that include freshly made pasta, rolled out in a kitchen filled with friends drinking wine. Eaten around a table with stories and jokes and homemade ice cream. Evenings that go late and send you home with a belly aching from laughter.

Some nights just remind you of everything you love in life. Tonight was like that.
