She may not have a mental disease at all! She may be trapped in a body that stores everything as fat. The problem is the medical community and diet industry perpetuate the myth that people only get fat by stuffing themselves silly. Some people get fat by doing so, but many have physiological problems such as hyperinsulinemia which makes them store everything as fat and induces cravings. Other physiological problems include leptin resistance and low thyroid function; the latter which takes usually many years to get diagnosed. Food allergies can also cause massive weight gain.
So, let's not judge this poor lady. Who know why she is fat and it is not up to us to judge.

Well it's easier to judge, right? She MUST be stuffing herself.. I've learned a lot of skinny people can't process the fact that more overweight people have some sort of medical issue rather than food addiction. Especially skinny people who eat crazy ammounts of food and believe people who are overweight eat a lot more = sit in front of TV and eat all day. But that's on them... that tells me more about them than about the people they judge :)
Besides, let people live, worry about your own lives and health! Cheers ;)
