      Hello! Lookie, lookie at this racist document. "The task manager, and all related personnel, shall be able to read, write, speak, English."Aren't we today being told that we must be accepting of all languages, and that we must have people within gov't, or hired by gov't, who can speak a variety of languages besides Engrish, uh, I mean English?
