After a winter weather advisory was posted, I anxiously awaited for a beautiful snowfall, which we did get. However, when I took off this morning to takes shots of the freshly fallen snow, I inadvertently had a feature switched on my camera I was not aware of. So, it turns out that everything came out in B&W instead of fluffy white snow against a lovely blue sky! It is slowly melting and too late to go back and re-shoot. Therefore, once the sidewalks get a little clearer, I plan to go outside and kick myself around the block a couple of times!

It was great to wake up and see the beautiful snowfall we got overnight. Almost forgot what snow looks like!! Just wish there had been a little light, though! Looks a little better on black, maybe.

It's been a very mild winter and have not had much cold or snow to speak of. And, with what snow we've had lately, it quickly melts as the temps get into the low 30's or a little higher. All I can come up with at this point is a shot I took last month at a local park before the sun departed...and took the snow with it, eventually.

Greetings! I've been without a computer for almost a week and have lots of catching up to do after just getting it back today...thanks, Russ!! I have over 200 emails to catch up on so bear with me and be patient while I catch up on all your latest uploads!! In the meantime a shot of what little snow we've had on some white pines we have nearby. Enjoy and thanks for your patience!! :-)

A shot from last fall as there is no snow here now and my computer is still on the fritz...won't upload anything.

I have been packing and preparing to move the last three weeks. I'm downsizing from a large two bedroom to a one bedroom and am sorting, throwing, donating and wondering how in the world I accumulated all the STUFF I have and don't need!! I hope to start the first of my move tomorrow and need to be out of my current apartment by Saturday night. My place is a mess and am hoping my help and what's left of my sanity can get it all together and move me in one piece (or more) across town!! I will be on and off as time allows and that hopefully, by mid-April, I might be settled in!! Thanks for understanding and just bear with me!
