Camel Rock

Camel Rock

Went down the coast this week with my Old Man for some seascape photography. I decided I wanted to give my 10 stop ND filter a good work out and focus on some minimalist B&W photography.

I have posted a tutorial on my blog site showing how I processed this type of image.

Rock Climber

Rock Climber

Went out with Nick Fletcher and played around on the side of some cliffs.

There are certainly some unique challenges photographing rock climbers.

Swimmer

Swimmer

This morning I went out for a fun shoot with a few buddies and the old man. It was a perfect morning! Stormy skies, high tide, waves crashing over the pool wall. I really was in hog heaven!

This was my last shot of the day. I loved the fact that the swimmer stayed still in the pool while the wave crashed around him.

Feeling in a bit of an abstract kind mood this morning ;-)

I'm happy to announce that my new website is now live. I've reorganised it so that all my Photoshop post processing tutorials are now together (including one on how I processed this image). I also have a bunch of behind-the-scenes videos for those who are interested in the shoots themselves.
Head over to brentpearson.com.au and check it out!
