This picture is a gem and worth the accolades that it is getting. The shot of the bird shows its colors, its details that make this glorious bird come alive. Your ability to catch nature at its best has made me jealous but glad that I get to meet someone who has reminded me of the missed opportunities. I intend to visit someday and get these shots myself. But, you definitely have given me a road map to follow. Now, I need to find the rich wild life areas in my immediate vicinity in this state.
