A fully furnished room in the center only 400CHF/month including everything. You can just move in with your suitcases. Perfect for new coming students whose semester starts in September as this gives you time to find a long-term accommodation and furniture.

The room:

A 12m2 single room in a shared flat. The flat has one large kitchen, one large living room with a flat-screen TV with surround sound system (it also has a sofa bed for guests) and one bathroom with a bath tub. The flat is only 5 minutes walk from the center (Marktplatz) and 20-25 minutes walk to the university. There are two other non-smoker male tenants. The room will be available for two months from 15 July - 15 September 2011. the rental period is negotiable. I'm also ok for one-month rent.

Price:

400CHF/month, hi-speed internet, water, electricity, laundry, cable TV, heating are all included. The deposit of 400CHF is required to reserve the room. The full amount of rent plus 100CHF damage deposit must be paid upon room transfer.
