I love having everything in one place - right at my fingertips.
First it was just a TV, then there was a VCR (do any of you even remember VCRs?) Then, of course, the cable box.
The VCR got replaced by a DVD player, later a BluRay. The cable box was upgraded to HD and then...the amazing DVR (genius!) And the sound system... Everything came with it's own remote control.
Finally I gave in and bought a universal remote and I've never looked back. (But, like everything else, I bought the floor model cause it's cheaper. And I'm cheap ;-) )
