converse story

this is a pair of my gray converse i got last spring. by the time, converse was pretty much passe in terms of fashionable style, but the new muted gray version was too tempting to resist. anyway, every time i see converse, it reminds me of this kid i knew at one art institute i used to take classes at. he had this gorgeous 'rare' 'special-edition' pink pair of converse even with matching laces, and it was almost like the envious representation of his funky cool style. and one day, as this kid was so creative and bored, he spray-painted one of this gorgeous pair with black paint. er. yeah. sometimes it's hard to get those art people. well, anyways, surely he got accepted to one of the best art schools in UK. i wonder how the kid is doing their with his black converse.
