      My first guess would have been Illinois--there's a lot of this kind of thing here--but obviously New Jersey has a few ugliness problems, too.

      The planned opening date is Fall 2008.

      It is getting more uglier by the minute. I'd buy a ticket to watch these greedy morons get dipped in hot oil. North Jerseyans who want to ski can go elsewhere. They are in the minority. Most of us treasure our limbs and are tired of snow.

      That mess will never open.

      Re-fit it for another use: I suggest it be used as a satellite campus for one of the state universities or community colleges or use the building as an alternative secondary school.

      This building never should have been built near protected wetlands. Period.
