Trenchcoat Brigade
A trio of the DC Universe's magical characters: Deadman; The Phantom Stranger; and John Constantine.
I used Topaz Adjust's "Charcoal Sketch" filter (different strengths on the cosplayers and background) to add in some needed grit and added in a muted "color half-tone" effect to give it a comic-book feel.
UPDATE: The Trenchcoat Brigade was featured in Uproxx's A Compendium of Cool Comics Cosplay: January 31st (2014). I took some artistic license with these fellows' cosplay - which is always a bit of a risk - but I think it paid off. Gritty, comic book-y, yet realistic. Thanks for the vote of confidence Angelophile and Uproxx!! :-D
