Nine years ago in the woods. Ski tracks, a path for those on foot amongst the tall trees and glorious spring-winter sunshine!

Reposting my very first public Flick post from 2005. My life has changed a lot since: two cameras later I'm waiting for a new one, which will be my second DSRL. I've switched from using full auto to complete manual. I've moved twice. I've gotten married. Three cats have taken over our lives. I've found my field, studied it and graduated.

How much has changed! I am suprised to say photography just seems to stick with me no matter what.

Some green in midst all the white for you today. The contrast of seasons, one of the best reasons for being a Finn :)

I've been fighting off my second cold for this year so I haven't been able to get out for over a week now - how it makes my shutter finger itch! I am feeling better so no doubt soon you'll see some fresh material as well.

On certain days, the snowfall is so thick you can't see through the wall of flakes.
