Kinzie PBL this morning
3 things:
1. The trucks outside Blommer are blocking the bike lane. There are orange cones set up to provide some distance from the apparently freezing-cold, covered-in-frost equipment on the second truck (not seen in this picture). Waves of condensation clouds are spilling out into the lane.
2. The pedestrian sign is upside down.
3. The bicycle stencils in the intersection crossing are torn up--and have been since shortly after installation.
