Rose-1

    I stole this idea from a NY Times article about a man who used a copy machine to create pictures. I scanned a dried rose placed in front of a sheet of construction paper and then ran it through Photoshop and Picasa.

      tanakawho & borealnz: I actually started out to scan just the rose, but in order to keep it in the correct position without it being crushed by the scanner lid, I foumd I had to hold it in place. When I saw the result, I thought, hmmmm...I'll just leave my hand in the picture!

      novelty photos are cool. i ued to use a scanner with adustable gain to do still life, a cameraless camera type of photo such as this.
